Das Projekt greift vorliegende Ergebnisse und Netzwerkkontakte aus dem abgeschlossenen Projekt North Sea Sustainable Energy Planning auf. Im Fokus steht die Weiterentwicklung und -verbreitung eines CO2-Kalkulators in den teilnehmenden Regionen.
